Santhwam is a public movement of the retired aided college teachers of Kerala aimed to promote unity, fraternity and integrity among themselves. It is a registered organisation under the Charitable Societies Act 1955. The Area of activity of Santhwam is the whole State of Kerala. It came into being in the Year 2015. 

Its objectives include united action to safeguard the pension benefits and related rights of its members and uphold their social, cultural and economic welfare. It initiates programmes for the promotion of social, cultural and aesthetic talents and provide facilities for the maintenance of mental and physical health of its members. Broadly it is a united movement for the progress of the society as a whole and to ensure active involvement of the members in all such initiatives

Our Organisation

Santhwam works on the basis of a Bye-law as registered under the societies registration act and amendments incorporated in it time to time in the due process established by the bye-law itself. The entire administration and the affairs of the Santhwam is vested with the Executive Committee.
